Keith Ludwick, Ph.D., CEO
The Ludwick Agency is led by Keith Ludwick, who retired from the Federal Bureau of Investigation as a Special Agent for over 22 years. Serving in New York City, St. Louis, FBI HQ, and Tampa, Keith held various investigative roles, including counterintelligence and counterterrorism investigator, led domestic and international covert operations, supervised technical operations, created numerous clandestine platforms, and managed security personnel and digital forensics. Keith concluded his career by implementing and supervising the Social Media Analytical Cell, providing tactical, open-source intelligence for all investigative programs. Keith started his professional career as an officer and pilot in the U.S. Air Force. He has a B.S. in Computer Science, an M.A. in Homeland Security, an M.S. in Cybersecurity, and a Ph.D. in Biodefense from George Mason University. Among his awards received are the CIA Meritorious Unit Citation for significant contributions to a highly successful double-agent operation, the FBI Director’s Award for Distinguished Technical Advancement, the Naval Postgraduate School’s Award for Academic Excellence and Leadership, and the National Intelligence Medal of Achievement.
